Who can submit manuscripts to NIHMS?

Manuscript files may be submitted to NIHMS by the author, the grantee or principal investigator (PI) on an award, the publisher, or other third party (i.e., anyone given access to the author's files, such as administrative personnel, graduate students, and librarians). Approval of the initial submission and PMC-ready documents requires author or PI review and authorization (see Reviewer).
