Approve or Reject buttons appear only for Contacts with the ILL Role.
DOCLINE now allows libraries to manage their own user accounts. If you are listed as a Contact with the ILL role, you can approve or reject new user requests. To add yourself as an ILL contact:
Log into DOCLINE.
Go to Libraries > Manage Library.
In Contacts, click “Add Contact”.
Fill in your details and set your role as “Interlibrary Loan (ILL)”.
Save the information.
To approve or reject requests, ensure your login email matches the one in your Contacts list.
