Participants are encouraged to submit a poster for the poster session flash talks which is scheduled for Monday March 28, 2022.(https://www.nlm.nih.gov/curationworkshop2022/index.html).
Posters will be presented as pre-recorded videos of A MAXIMUM of three minutes in length. Please follow the instructions below carefully for preparing and submitting your video and additional materials. All materials must be submitted by 11:59pm on March 7, 2022 (EST).
You will need to submit: the video file, a plain text file with details about your video, and a pdf file containing an extended abstract. Please be sure to name your files as indicated below.
[FILENAME] (max length 100 characters). Use the following format for [FILENAME]:
Template: NLM Curation Poster - POSTER TITLE – SPEAKER NAME
Example: “NLM Curation Poster - Immune determinants of COVID-19 - John Smith”
Video file (up to 3 minutes in length)
-File format: mp4
-Video file name: [FILENAME].mp4
Plain text file
The text file should contain the following information about the video. This information will be displayed along with the video in the playlist.
-Plain text file name: [FILENAME].txt
Video description (max length 4500 characters) It should contain:
Full title of the poster
Speaker name
Speaker affiliation
Contact Email – very important
Summary (three sentences)
Links to other materials (system website, code repository, demo, proceedings paper, etc.)
PDF file
This is the extended abstract, maximum two pages. This document will be distributed amongst the NLM Curation at Scale Workshop committee for a light review.
